Today’s Tip

For quicker and easier cooking, wash your produce when you bring it home from the store. Then shake the water off and into the fridge. That will eliminate the washing time before you use them in your recipes.

First butterfly a large skinless, boneless chicken breast.  But, don’t stop for a “butterfly”. Slice it all the way through so that you wind up with two thin filets.. Or, you could just go with 4-6 chicken tenders. Put a skillet on at medium high and eyeball enough olive oil to coat the bottom. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper then place them in the skillet.

Cook for 2-4 minutes a side depending on the thickness. While the chicken is cooking chop up the garlic. When the chicken is firm to a finger poke or they read 165° on a meat thermometer they are done. Remove them to a plate that will catch the drippings.
